Haina Yu was born into a Chinese medicine family and received traditional Chinese medicine education and training since childhood. Later, she graduated with a Master’s degree from Shandong University in China and helped the family’s clinic. Further in her career, Haina owned her own commercial company and successfully operated it for over ten years in China.
Haina recently completed a 4-year Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Advance course at The Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine to become a Registered Chinese Medicine practitioner and prepare for passing Dr.TCMP in BC.

I have completed certificates in myofascial release and cupping (myofascial, manual lymphatic drainage) and extensive work with deep tissue, postural restructuring, rehabilitation.
